Hey, I'm really pumped about this series. I've always wanted to do customizations, but I'm never sure where to start. Plus, I'm pretty sure the only people who see my blog are my parents and roommates. I am really excited by this series! As a new blogger, I have spent a lot of time just learning the basics (reeeally basic) and keeping up with posts. I have had no time to experiment with different themes or layouts, yet I KNOW it is a necessary step. When I hit "Next Blog" on Blogger I see umpteen other people all with my same layout. UGH. Blogger though is free. I know Blogger has its limitations, one of them being uniformity, but I do see some bloggers using Blogspot that have somehow customized their sites. For example, I would like to be able to use my full screen, but can not find a way to do so. Others though have found a way. I'm not techie enough to figure it out.
