@Simona: I’m glad you really got something out of the interview. I also agree that high impact is the way to go. The occasional ‘light’ post is good, but you want your readers to feel like coming to your blog is a guarantee for informative information. Eric.

@Danielle: What an awesome way to see this interview! I’m glad you really appreciate it.

@Sid: I know, he’s very comfortable in his own skin and a super nice guy.

That’s definitely an excellent suggestion. I plan on hashing out some kind of ‘best of’ page or sidebar list of my best stuff on “Motivate Thyself”. I was telling Sean after the interview that I really learned a lot just talking to Leo for that interview. Great stuff! Eric.

LOL I love Leo's reaction to his phone ringing. Genuine and calm, he's got a great sense of humor. I like his point about making sure the first impression is very positive, and making sure the best and useful content is easy to find. I recently made a most popular posts page based on his recommendation. It was a fun exercise for me to dig through my own archives, and I hope in the long run it helps my readers as well =) Thanks again Eric and Leo for a solid interview.
