Good stuff. Good message here. In the midst of ones trek, one should always keep his or her mind focused on the goal at hand. Getting distracted by the setbacks merely serves to take away energy that can be channeled to the goal. The very energy that will, in time, pay off.

Marc: No doubt, Marc. Good things are in the wings I’m sure. Baby steps are fine. It’s what Einstein said about compound interest when he called it the most powerful force in the universe. I totally agree. It’s all the little that adds up to the big that pushes a sound plan and consistent steps closer to a certainty.

Bamboo: Anyone can do it, but to expect it can be done at our microwave speeds is simply unreasonable. I’ve no problem climbing the top of the pyramid, I think the climb will make my body tired and more deserving of the rest. I’ve had a couple low points and I’m sure I’ll have a few more, but I will not avert my eyes from the horizon for that is where my fortunes lay.

Tess: Nothing. Well said, Tess. It’s true. A lot of that automated money is built because a large audience trusts an individual. That trust cannot be manufactured, and like anything worth developing, it must be nurtured over a slow and steady period of time.

I think we need to remember while it looks like nothing is happening what is happening is we are building trust. What can be better than that?

“automation” Yes… that is THE MAGIC… if and when you can get there.

I want to sit in the hot tub while my bank account grows. That’s really what I had in mind from the very beginning.

I like your emphasis that it is a “process.” You’re really right about that. Particularly for people who were so new to this whole thing, like me. I didn’t really follow any blogs prior to the creation of P.I.

And I do want to be on the top of the pyramid. I’ll even go a step further, while I’m sitting at the top of the pyramid in my pj’s in a reclined easy chair… I want people from the bottom of the pyramid to cook my meals and trek up the thousands of steps until they get to my throne at the top, handing me a perfectly prepared sandwich and a cold homemade lemonade.

I’m only a few months off…

Your message here today is also a nice reminder that we should be taking each step one at a time. Come to think about it, as I look back I have indeed began to move up the pyramid and that too is an encouraging thought.

Looking forward to seeing you and Eric get back in the same video “room” I’ve missed those kind of posts. Are you also bringing back the themed weeks?
